Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or no show day of, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you have a multi-service appointment and you cancel a large portion of it (haircut & color appointment but cancel the color part) you are subject to the same cancellation policy for the specific service being cancelled. By booking you are agreeing to this policy, which is strictly enforced.
